Among detainees 17 of them intended to transfer narcotic drugs heroin type carrying in their body (swelling) and travel luggage’s from Hamid Karzai International Airport to India New Delhi, eventually they were recognized and detain by the police of prosecution Counter Narcotics Justice Centre.
Based on the proposal of the Prosecutor General's Office and the Primary Court, the number of 19 vehicle , 91 different mobile set 2 different weapons obtained from smugglers confiscated and also the amount of 180 200 Afghani cash and 2250 US dollars receive from traffickers and dispatched to Da Afghanistan Bank.
In the same time during the month of April – 22 May 2018, 80 people including two women in a link to 56 cases of drug crimes have been put in prison from one year and one month up to 15 years by Primary Court and Appeal Court of Counter Narcotics justice Centre.
On the other hand, during the time after the decision of the Appeals Court, by the Supreme Court’s public security bureau of Islamic Republic of Afghanistan 17 cases have been issued decision.
It is noteworthy that the total aforementioned cases amount of( 111,063 ) kg heroin ( 27,5 ) kg morphine ( 410 ) kg opium ( 3611,185 ) kg hashish ( 12565,363) kg solid chemical ( 11,723 ) kg Cristal Shisha, ( 27,5 ) Liter alcoholic drink ( 504 ) liter acid ( 574 )Tablet k seized and discovered.
Provinces with the highest number of crime cases and drugs:
During the month of April – May of current year Kabul province having 27 cases and Nangarhar province, having 15 cases of drug trafficking are at the top of the list of provinces with high-level cases of smuggling and drug trafficking.
Provinces of Khost, Daikundi, Panjshir, Wardak, Saripul, Paktia, Uruzgan, Kunar, Ghor, Ghazni, Faryab, Farah, Bamyan, Logar, Badakhshan, Takhar, Badghis, Samangan, Paktika, Kunduz, Baghlan, Helmand and Nuristan are provinces. , there are no cases of smuggling and drug trafficking registered with CNJC
