During seven days in connection with 24 cases, 34 people, including one woman and one Iranian citizen suspected of drug trafficking from different provinces, were detained by the Anti-Narcotics Police and other security and detective organization and the suspects with their relative cases are under prosecute of Counter Narcotics Justice center ( CNJC) .
Among the cases addressed to the center, there are also 9 cases their agents intend to transfer heroin-type narcotics from Hamid Karzai International Airport to India (Delhi).
They were detained by the police from the provinces of Kabul, Jawzjan, Kunduz, Nimruz, Baghlan, Takhar, Badakhshan, Helmand, Herat and Nangarhar.
Police arrested more than 138 kilograms of heroin, 458 kilograms of opium, 541 kilograms of hashish, 188 liters of acid , 494 liters of alcohol, 5000 Afghanis, US $ 3980, 16,000 Pakistani, 50,000 Hindi, 616,000 Iranians, 38 cell phones and 11 different type of vehicles were seized and discovered.
Meanwhile, during the aforementioned period, 4 people were sentenced to different penalty by the Appeal Court of Counter Narcotics Justice Center.
