Three Years Achievement from 1393 to 1395 and the first six months of 1396 of Criminal Justice Task Force shared or presented the information to the Government Media & Information Center.
Ahmad Khalid Mowahid, director of Communication and spokesman of Criminal Justice Task Force, said on Sunday 24.9.2017 at a press conference, that during the first six months of 1396, a total of 252 cases were filed against 316 suspects from around the country and sent to Criminal Justice Task Force for further investigation.
He added that among the suspects 23 are public service, 8 female and 5 foreign citizens (four citizens of Iran and one national of Pakistan).
He emphasized that the General Prosecution of Criminal Justice Task force in the mentioned six months after the completion of the investigation process sent 258 cases of crimes and drug offenses to the primary court, 156 cases to the Court of Appeals and 113 cases sent to Supreme Court’s public security bureau of Islamic republic of Afghanistan, During this time, the primary court in relation to 270 cases, the Appeals Court issued 149 lawsuits and 104 to Supreme Court’s public security bureau of Islamic republic of Afghanistan decision has been issued.
During the first six months of 1396, there were 104 vehicles and 326 mobile phones of different types, as well as an amount of 323107 AFN and an amount of 12227 US dollars, which was obtained from smugglers, the department of general prosecution of Criminal justice Task Force sent it temporary to Da Afghanistan Bank, vehicles and associated mobile phones are confiscated according to a court order.

He said that during this period kabul province having 94 cases, Nangarhar 50 cases, and Numroz province having 12 cases are topped the list of with crimes and drug offenses. And Nuristan, Wardak, Paktika, Laghman, Kapisa, and Badghis are among the provinces that during this time there were no cases of crimes and drugs registered in Criminal Justice Task Force.

Previously, all those preliminary courts and appeals court of Criminal Justice Task force, Supreme Court’s public security bureau of Islamic republic of Afghanistan ordered the court.
On the other hand, by the Supreme Court’s public security bureau of Islamic republic of Afghanistan during the three years (from 1393 to 1395), 790 cases of crimes against drugs were finalized by the final anti-narcotic prosecutor's office, which was sent to the final decision.
