During the last week 21 people are convicted into punished in link to 16 cases of Drug trafficking offenses from -one year and one month- up to five years- by Primary Court and Appeal Court of Counter narcotics Justice Centre.
These people are detained by Police of Counter Narcotics in connection to trafficking of more than 13 kilogram of drug heroin type, more than 12 Kilogram of opium, more than 209 kilogram of hashish, and also 55 Liter of acid from different part of the country and their cases are dispatched to CNJC for further prosecuting .
Based on last changes to the counter narcotics law , in accordance with Articles 16 and 17 of the Law fight against alcohol and drugs jurisdiction CNJC has the authority of interrogation or (handling) at least 1 kilograms of heroin, 10 kilograms of opium, 50 kilograms of hashish, and 200 liters of alcoholic drink , one kilogram of Morphine, 10 gram of intoxicating synthetic substance, 5 liter Acid of Acetic Anhydride, intoxicants, committed more than 50 acres of narcotic substance will be punished base on the law , are from all over the country.
During the same time police of counter narcotics along with other security and detective organization detained 28 suspects in link to 21 cases of Drug trafficking offenses and their cases are dispatched to CNJC for further prosecuting.
Among detainees 5 of them intended to transfer narcotic drugs heroin types carrying in their body (swelling) and travel luggages from Hamid Karzai International Airport to India New Delhi, they are identified and arrested by the Prosecution Police of Counter Narcotics Justice Centre.
Police detained these people from provinces of Kabul, Nangarher, Neemroz, Parwan, Khost, Badakhshan, Takhar, and Herat with drug and cash money, police found from detainers in total more than, 24 kilograms of heroin, 1200 kilograms of morphine, 97 kilograms of opium, More than 16061 kg of hashish , 1050 kilograms of solid chemicals, 72 gram Cristal ( shisha ) 37 pills Tablet k , An amount of AFN 28090, $ 4400 dollar, 31000 Kaldar indie, 31 mobile telephones, and nine different type of vehicles discovered and seized and one heroin production factory destroyed.
