During the past seven days, 11 people are arrested in connection with 9 cases of drug trafficking by the police of counter narcotic Justice Center (CNJC) and other security intelligence Organization from different provinces of the country, and their cases are sent to the counter narcotics Justice Center for further investigation.
Investigation and laboratory department of Police after initial and primary investigations sent all cases to the General Prosecution Office (CNJC) for farther investigation.
Among them, there are three people, one who plans to transfer 350 grams of hashish to Dubai and two others, were carrying 400 and 377 grams of heroin separately from the international Hamid Karzai Airport to India.
In total, police detained from the traffickers more than 16 kilograms of heroin, more than 13 kilograms of opium, more than 632 kilograms of hashish , 450 U.S. dollar , 383 liters of alcohol, 10 cell phones and 4 vehicles.
They suspects are arrested from provinces: Kabul, Takhar, Badakhshan, Nangarhar, Kandahar and Helmand.
