On 11 of July 2017 Based on Decision of Primary Court of Criminal Justice Task Force (CJTF) the amount of (15340) liters of Acid Fired ( burned ) in Herat province.
The mentioned chemicals are a kind of (Acetic Acid) mixed up or combined with Heroin inside (767) barrels (20) liters, Entered from western borders of the country to Herat province, discovered and seized by the Police of Counter Narcotics ‘of Herat.
Based on previous information during transfer the Materials were seized and the total amount is more than twenty three millions of Afghani.
It’s worth mentioning that Police arrested two residents of Kandahar and Herat provinces in connection with this case and for further investigation sent to the Criminal Justice Task Force (CJTF).
However, during the first quarter of 1396, a total of 126 suspected cases involving 156 people, including 4 public servants, 3 foreigners and 4 women suspected of crimes against drugs from across the country, to this department, and the primary investigation of all the cases are completed and send for further investigation to General Prosecution Directorate of Criminal Justice Task Force (CJTF).
